Not actually extinct?[edit]

There was a bunch of coverage of the last male member of this tribe dying of COVID-19 last February, but from a preliminary search, I can't find any evidence that his daughters did, too. That information appears to have been added in this series of edits by an editor with CIR issues last October. If we've been falsely labelling an ethnic group as extinct for more than half a year, that's...very not good. {{u|Sdkb}} ^talk 19:10, 27 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
