Untitled[edit]

I am working on this page, intending to add valuable information to this page in the upcoming days and weeks. Juris Silovs was a professional cyclist, managing quite some impressive results. His career was of as much importance as the career of other Latvian cyclists, like Piziks, Ozols and Belohvosciks. That's why I believe he deserves his own wikipedia page.
