I do not think Kaktovik Numerals have been added to any Noto Fonts yet. We probably have to wait a while until a font is available. Once it is, you'll need to install it to see the new Unicode 15.0 characters. DRMcCreedy (talk) 23:03, 1 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
