@Carsten R D: Although you have provided sources you haven't established notability as defined by WP:NBIO. Gunaratnam isn't notable by being a survivor of Utøya massacre, that would be WP:1E. As a deputy mayor Gunaratnam does not qualify for notability under WP:POLITICIAN. What makes Gunaratnam significant, interesting, or unusual enough to deserve attention or to be recorded? Removed the tag it is not Factually incorrect and as it is sourced the question whether the subject passes WP:GNG as she has received coverage as as a Deputy Mayor and as a Massacre survivor and Tamil human rights rights activist can only be decided by the Community.
