All claims in an article need to be backed up by reliable 3rd party references; without that an article can become just a WP:POV essay. In this case for example, there are multiple points which could be flagged "citation reqd". To illustrate, I've marked a few here with "(?)": the techniques employed by the people have made it affluent and a role-model to the villages around.(?) Kankatapalem is considered(?) to be blessed with the most fertile lands in Guntur district.(?) Besides agriculture most of the people are into Business. The village has been very good in literacy and have many people settled in various public and private sectors.(?) Centre of the village has a pond which is called as voora cheruvu by villagers. It’s like heart of the village surrounded by temples. It has people of different origins who live unitedly which is why its referred(?) as a peaceful village.. Hence the Refimprove tag.
