What happened to Karl Schwedler[edit]

I don't know German very well but I'd recommend looking at this reference: http://www.spiegel.de/spiegel/print/d-13528677.html Unless it is referring to Brocksieper it appears to suggest Schwedler retired back to the Tegernsee, where he died in 1973. I can't find anything at all (including in SSDI, birthdate, and ancestry searches) to suggest Schwedler emigrated to the US except for a couple of vague references which all parrot each other. -Rolypolyman (talk) 16:28, 11 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hitler's Airwaves says Schwedler came to the US, but has no other info after that. Any help would of course be appreciated. RMc (talk) 23:22, 22 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
According to the German wikipedia Schwedler died in Feldafing which would put his death at Lake Starnberg not at Tegernsee. --Maxl (talk) 21:30, 1 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
