It has also been reported that players are being 'threatened' if they participate. This should be added.[edit]

Kashmir premier league is being conducted in POK(Pakistan Occupied Kashmir) which was forcibly taken. In 1947 Kashmir was an independent state and after partition and Pakistan creation , Kashmir was attacked by Pakistan to forcefully occupy the territory. The ruler of Kashmir then went to India for help in exchange of accession of Kashmir to India. India intervened and LOC was formed. Till today the part of Kashmir which Pakistan occupies is illegal and an integral part of India. India went to United Nations for help and united nations has also asked pakistan to vacate the land so that plebiscite could be held in the region, but only when Pakistan first evacuates the illegal occupation of the land. From 1947 till today Pakistan has not vacated the land and on the contrary spread terrorism. So doing any cricket league on a land which is illegally occupied by Pakistan is illegal and against international laws. Pakistan has been trying to spread terrorism and trying to use its illegal occupation in POK to further its agenda. It has also been reported that players are being 'threatened' if they participate. This should specifically be added too.

Country[edit]

@Curvasingh: I understand your comment, however Azad Kashmir is a self-governing entity, which separates it from Pakistan. Azad Kashmir has its own government, Prime minister, and even its own laws and regulatory, for instance Telecom operators have to buy separate licenses to operate in Azad Kashmir hence why SCOM exists there and not in mainland Pakistan, yet the Telecom Authority is PTA, the same for mainland. This is because while Azad Kashmir may be represented by Pakistan (hence no current need for embassies or Ambassadors), Azad Kashmir, still, has its own laws.

Additionally, it's quite controversial to say what can constitute as a country.

As stated in my edit logs, there is a reason why Kashmiri teams are not a part of the Pakistan Super League, and a separate League has been created specifically for Azad Kashmir. In this league, there are no non-Kashmiri teams, except one to represent the overseas Kashmiri diaspora. I hope you will understand, where I'm coming from. :

Remove Pakistan from location[edit]

Azad Kashmir or Pakistan Occupied Kashmir is a disputed region. It is disputed whether it belongs to India or Pakistan. @Lugnuts:

@RIDHVAN SHARMA:, I agree with you, the Pakistani occupied Kashmir, the Indian occupied Kashmir and the Chinese occupied Kashmir are disputed territories between Pakistan, India and China. But if we remove "Pakistan" from this page's title and "India" from the title of the page "Kashmir Premier League (India)", it'll much harder for all of us to manage, as we'll still need something (in title) to differentiate between both Leagues. What you got for that? ☢️ Radioactive 🎃 (talk) 04:26, 22 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello @Abdulhaseebatd:. I'm sorry. I wrote over there that I had removed "Pakistan" from the title. But, I had removed "Pakistan" from the location. Sorry i apologize. RIDHVAN SHARMA (talk) 03:50, 23 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

No problem RIDHVAN SHARMA, I thought you wanted to remove "Pakistan" from title, which I agree, if any better alt title can be proposed. I don't see "Pakistan" in any location though, maybe already removed by someone. Thank you for having interest in Pakistan. ☢️ Radioactive 🎃 (talk) 13:24, 23 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

correction & addition please[edit]

admin, 1. the tournament is not based on "double" round robin, but single. please remove double word 2. in foreign commentators, please also add Jon Kent's name with link to his wiki page (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jon_Kent_(cricketer)).

1st claim; ☑️ verified and suggestion; ✅ done. It should be noted as well that source(Geo Super) currently used for citing Double round robin format contradict with itself by showing single round robin format schedule. ☢️ Radioactive 🎃 (talk) 18:25, 20 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
