I have tagged this article for notability because there are few (any ?) reliable independent references that talk about Kate rather than the charity she heads. The charity is very commendable and admired but this doesn't necessarily make the CEO notable. It is good that you are improving the references. However, it is worth being aware that writing a piece for a reliable newspaper such "The Guardian" is not the same as deriving notability from being discussed by others in "The Guardian".
