Wire wheels: Wire wheels#On motorcycles says only main article: Motorcycle construction#Wheels, but that is not a main article, it is a subsection. Bicycle wheel is a better article, but none of these 3 actually explains how spokes support the wheel pre-stressed w/compression.

How so? The linked reference is dead, and a quick look at the KZ750 and the KZ400 show very little in common other than they are vertical twins. The KZ750 exhibits a lot more influence from the Z1 than the KZ400. 2600:8805:8100:1C:3943:84C3:3B41:E8C7 (talk) 16:14, 21 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
