On 18:40, 9 February 2016 a user added a section that was incredibly speculative and seemed to a be a personal vendetta, saying Ken Harvey was a "volunteer" - using the quotes, but also saying he made money....as a "volunteer". In any case, there was no citation given to any of the personal life information provided on top of the whole volunteer thing. More experienced editors will not the Wikipedia guideline to cite, but pretty safe to say you don't use quotes to imply irony in Wikipedia. You stay what is true or not true, clearly, plainly, and cite.
