Article overhaul[edit]

The article was kind of a mess, so I re-organized the whole thing, re-wrote much of it, and updated some outdated sources. The main change is that we now have a "history" section which is mainly a recounting of the various redesigns of the plaza; and we have a separate section for notable speeches, parades and gatherings. I also removed some photos and text that did not really seem relevant. Also, I couldn't see how the Haven Brothers food truck fit into either section, and it is too much of an institution to delete; so I gave it its own section.

I'm still uncertain whether the "Rehabilitation and historic tax credit projects" section is relevant; it seems more about the surrounding properties. I'd welcome some opinions on the subject.
