Winding up[edit]

Their website now says:

At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Society on 26 July 2022 the members agreed to the proposal to wind up the Society, with its assets being transferred into a new charity, the ‘Kent Reliance Community Foundation Limited’. Philip Heddell and Richard Barker of Ernst & Young LLP have now been appointed Joint Liquidators of the Society to wind-up KRPS and are working with OSB to implement those proposals

however I cannot find any external source for this so was reticent to edit the actual page. 82.4.198.11 (talk) 16:18, 9 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
