Ungrammatical[edit]

I have not downgraded the accompanying article to Start-quality, bcz Class B does not require effective use of English grammar. The fact of achieving Class B with a howling grammatical error in each of the first two 'graphs (a supposed sentence without subject or verb, and two sentences joined by a comma splice) suggests that after the entire article has been reviewed and repaired as to grammar, a second opinion on the B rating would be in order: while rating does not specify checking grammar, I suggest that most responsible raters will consider correcting grammar (which affects every reader) more urgent than assigning a rating (which does nothing to directly assist readers), and therefore that this rating deserves no presumption of having been responsibly done.
