Copyvio allegations[edit]

There have been multiple reverts by user Jaydayal which happened only after our discusions in other article talk page. ^[1] As mentioned by Kinu, the first paragraph was a copypaste, I would like to inform you that the reference site itself is bringing that account of a local admistration officer. This is the basic history which any resident knows. Still I reworded it and would like you to reconsider your thoughts. Thank you for your concerns to this page.
