Chhena payesh[edit]

Hi Off-shell, definitely not. Everything that has cottage cheese and is sweet cannot be "Khira sagara". :)--Psubhashish (talk) 18:20, 25 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Psubhashish. "Khira sagara consists of marble-sized balls of chhena cheese soaked in sweetened, condensed milk." So it contains chhena and is sweetened. Looking at some pictures, e.g. this one is quite similar to the 1st one in the above gallery. What is the difference to chhena payesh? --Off-shell (talk) 19:11, 25 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
