Serious NPOV/tone issues + CE needed[edit]

Literally from the lead sentence, this article is written purely from the Finnish point of view, particularly the section "The Soviet time and the Russian Federation". The two main issues are unencyclopedic (journalistic) tone and the treatment of the fact that the manor is no longer located within the political boundaries of Finland.

The article also needs major copy editing (beyond my diminished powers at the moment), as it appears either to have been translated from Finnish or written by someone with only basic fluency in English.
