The death was confirmed as homicide. However, there is no criminal conviction for murder in this case, therefore we cannot imply that it was murder without the support of a criminal conviction. When a death is confirmed as homicide but there is no criminal conviction for murder the correct title is "Killing of." See also WP:MURDERS - TLJ7863 (talk) 13:08, 13 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
