Oppose. Kim Jong Il was moved, as an exception to WP:NCKO, based on common usage in English-language sources. No evidence of that in the case of the athlete. There is no requirement for consistency, as the OP appears to suggest. 162 etc. (talk) 15:44, 27 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
