"...she married Keith Moon, drummer with The Who, whom she had met at a concert in Bournemouth. Their daughter Amanda Jane (Mandy) was born four months later."

Someone please explain how this makes sense??

Eh? Explain how it doesn't. She married Keith Moon and their baby was born four months later. Evidently this means that they had sex out of wedlock, a concept not too difficult to comprehend. Keith Moon was the drummer with the Who, they met at a concert in Bournemouth. What doesn't make sense? Jdcooper 03:33, 8 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think they mean it sounded like they met and then four months later she had a baby, which would mean it wasn't his, because she only met him four months ago. I've switched the sentence around to avoid confusion. --Jennyinthesky 15:06, 8 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

"The Who's 2006 album Endless Wire was dedicated, in part, to her."[edit]

Where? I have the album right here, and there is no mention of her- anywhere.

  • Its not sourced, I'll remove it. Jdcooper 16:26, 21 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have the special edition of "Endless Wire" on CD. Pete Townshend ends his note with this dedication: "I... dedicate my part in this record to three wonderful rock'n'roll women who passed away too soon: Chrissie Wood, Susie Cunningham and Kim McLagan." --Jdd204 (talk) 14:49, 2 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Kim Moon?[edit]

Was there ever a time when Kim's surname changed legally from her maiden name to that of Keith Moon? I realize he hid the fact of his marriage for several years as much as possible so he could womanize while on tour, etc. So, did it go from Kerrigan to Moon, and then, McLagan? --Leahtwosaints (talk) 06:20, 14 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
