EL from article[edit]

I did my best to clean up this article to reflect his work as a politician. I pulled these as they weren't a fit, but may be worth keeping. They need review by someone who reads Korean to determine whether they should be references or are otherwise reliable to integrate into the article. @Netherzone @CT55555 if you need a break from Possibly's artists and want another challenge, I offer you this.
