Listing Dr. William Irwin as a famous professor is a misnomer. Any and every tenure track professor writes and edits books and journals. 207.172.201.29 18:49, 12 August 2007 (UTC)

Attention King's alumni

There is now a userbox for people who attend or attended King's. It includes a photo of the Leo statue that is on the path near the administration building.

{{User King's PA}}

It seems to me that if anybody wanted to know who's on faculty they could just go to the college's webpage, which is already linked at the bottom.
The userbox is for Wikipedians who want to identify themselves as King's students or alumni. 66.33.235.189 (talk) 16:47, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

Updates

I put in a lot of updates to this page in order to get the "advertisement" of the page. I used other wikipedia college pages as my template. Hopefully this page can be checked again and cleared of the title. If anyone else has something to add to the page, feel free. However, attempt to keep in the third person. -- preceding comment by Jphourigan (talk) 20:37, 8 March 2009 (UTC) signed by Aepoutre (talk) 03:08, 9 March 2009 (UTC)

Cleaned up per WP:UNIGUIDE, removed boosterism, unsourced, and non-notable material, and removed advert tag. --Aepoutre (talk) 03:08, 9 March 2009 (UTC)
  • Seconding this, reads as an advertisement. The original King's College is Columbia University that changed over after the Revolution and second, every image here is embellished pro photography. Third, who cares if you rank in the top 650 over 20 years? 650 is a lot of universities given that slots at least 10 unis per state... Wikipedia needs better standards sometimes.
