Short lived?[edit]

Would it seem harsh to claim that the Netherlands (mainly all of the Benelux area)already was a part of France before 1800? If so be it, then it was a fact in all but in writing. --82.134.28.194 (talk) 12:14, 20 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Arms[edit]
