Fair use rationale for Image:Kinky boots.jpg[edit]

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Earls Barton/Northampton[edit]

There seems to be some confusion on the part of a prior editor between Northampton and Northamptonshire. While the real events on which the movie was based may have taken place in Earls Barton, the movie is clearly based in the city of Northampton. Statues that exist in Northampton are shown in the background of scenes, the rail station used is Northampton (Wellingborough station would be used by anyone based in Earls Barton). The characters explictly mention Northampton.

The statement "Northampton shoemaker, based in Earls Barton" cannot be true. Northampton and Earls Barton are separate places in Northamptonshire.
