Kranti opened with mixed response but appreciated for its dialogues , content and music and criticised run time , screenplay and plot. Despite negativity the movie emerged to collect 20 - 25 crores on day 1 . Kranti grossed 100 crores within 4 days which was officially announced by the movie team .
