Neocons[edit]

neocons? I think the writer misuses the term. Being somewhat familiar with myself, I would submit that most conservatives there are not of the neocon sort.

Earthquake[edit]

Even though I believe that the earthquake of 06 April 2009 should be included as soon as possible, I do not think that a death toll or overly dramatic facts (students trapped in a collapsed building) should be included. This is not CNN. Ramander (talk) 15:29, 6 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It would be important if one had family members in the Abruzzo area, no? I don't think a death toll which has already topped 100 can be minimised, nor the events which caused it.--Jeanne Boleyn (talk) 15:34, 6 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The coat of arms[edit]

I think it should say 'Immota manet'. Manent is plural, which would make 'Immota' means "things that are immovable", which doesn't make much sense in this context. Plus the coat of arms on the italian version has the (presumably correct) 'Immota manet'. I don't know how to fix the image, so someone please do it.

I agree. Also, according to this site, the official description of the coat of arms is as follows:

D'argento all'aquila dal volo abbassato di nero, coronata, rostrata, linguata e armata d'oro, accostata alla scritta PHS in capo e IMMOTA MANET ai fianchi

Dal volo abbassato means "wings lowered", so the tips should point downward. The one in the italian wikipedia is much more correct. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.49.111.42 (talk) 16:11, 2 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
