Dihydrochloride or not[edit]

I removed some chembox params which refer to the dihydrochloride (including the structural formula), but I couldn't find out whether the section "Physical and chemical properties" refers to the dihydrochloride as well, so I just tagged. it. --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 09:34, 19 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Content removal[edit]

I have removed much of the content of this article because it focused on the effect of arginine, not arginine ethyl ester. These are two distinct chemical compounds and the effects of one are not necessarily the same as the effects of the other. Also, the statement about improvement of milk stability was not correct because it referenced a study on lauroylarginine ethyl ester, which again is a distinct chemical compound from arginine ethyl ester. -- Ed (Edgar181) 15:16, 21 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
