Doesn't meet the notability guidelines? How is that? This artist has release a number of albums, has gold records and has had charting hits and has won awards. Her debut album still sells and is a classic of the dirty south genre. This is all the more notable in that she is a female artist. I have seen a lot of indie bands on wikipedia with far more tenuous claims to 'notability' than this artist. Why do wikipedia contributors/editors have such problems with hip hop and black music?
