Sorry, but this page is a joke. The only reason that Lamberhurst has any importance (other than to those that live there) is because of the vineyard!!!

As anyone in Kent where Lamberhurst is and they won't have a clue! That's because it's pretty much in Sussex!

Ask anyone in Kent what Lamberhurst is famous for, and they'll tell you: wine!

Change of county boundary

I have removed the uncited nonsense about the county boundary being changed so that farmers could get a better price for their hops. The boundary was changed as a result of the Local Government Act 1894, which required that parish boundaries be aligned with county boundaries. Skinsmoke (talk) 13:21, 1 January 2010 (UTC)
