Assessment[edit]

I'm not sure this rates B-class, there is a lot of uncited material (and this is flagged on the article page) which if inserted would merit B but for the moment I think it's C only. NtheP (talk) 09:49, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Bridge images[edit]

A Geograph user has pictures of the canal's bridges 14 to 32. Would it be overkill to put them all in a gallery in the article? - Dudesleeper / Talk 16:46, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes it would be, I think. One or two representative pictures of bridges, embedded in the article text, is sufficient for illustrative purposes (see Wikipedia:Images#Image_choice_and_placement. What you could do, however, is upload them to Wikimedia Commons, create a gallery or category there, and link it from the article. The templates {{commons}}, {{commonscat}} or {{commonsimages}} can be used for this purpose. --Blisco (talk) 09:24, 4 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Aqueduct restoration[edit]

The article says "…Lune Aqueduct was scheduled for a £2,000,000 facelift in 2009/10 …the work is not now expected to be completed until 2015." and British Waterways says "The Lune Aqueduct, which has recently benefited from a £2.4 million transformation" SandJ-on-WP (talk) 05:58, 26 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
