Proposed merge with landscape history[edit]

Seems little point in merging the two as landscape archaeology could be one of the methods used to create a landscape history (others could be documentary research, palynology, geomorphology) therefore it is not landscape history which is a field of research. Proposed merge from Archaeogeography[edit]

@Jsjns52 and Claym-45: (and anyone else familar with the topic): Archaeogeography and Landscape archaeology sound like the same field by different names. Can they be merged with a paragraph to explain the different terminology? If one is considered a subdiscipline of the other, there's so much overlap perhaps a merge and a short explanation of the subfield would be better for readers. -- Beland (talk) 17:38, 23 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
