Cooking[edit]

Exactly how is it cooked? It should be made clear whether it is baked, fried, or cooked some other way, to differentiate it from green onion pancake. Badagnani 22:06, 29 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Laobing is generally larger, less elegant than cong you bing green onion pancake, likely to be a large sheet rather than a small round, often has no green onion or other addition.
