I don't think there's any way you could edit the page itself without violating WP:COI:

Neutrality[edit]

The intro needs clean up given that part of it reads like a promotion. Other parts of the article now read like a newspaper editorial. Contributing editors should have no links, present or past, to CSIRO.Eastwood1964 (talk) 13:49, 24 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Rewrite[edit]

I've done a minor rewrite of this page's content, as it was exceedingly hagiographic, promotional and editorialised as was mentioned by the above users. Still needs a lot of work, particularly the huge and largely irrelevant climate cutback section, as well as the laser section.
