Fair use rationale for Image:75akaufman.jpg

Image:75akaufman.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Here I Come to Save the Day

In the article, it says,

Foreign Man would play an LP album of the theme song to Mighty Mouse. As the song plays, he nervously stares at the audience. When the line "Here I come to save the day!" is sung, Foreign Man exuberantly lip-synchs it with a wave of his arm. He then continues to stare at the audience until the line is sung again when he again lip-synchs the line. Foreign Man apparently only understood or enjoyed the one line in the entire song. As the song ends, he quietly bows. (Emphasis added.)

I had always assumed that the reason he only sang that one line was that that was the only line of the theme song actually sung by Might Mouse himself. The entire rest of the theme song was by a narrator about Mighty Mouse, but those seven words can be attributed directly to Mighty Mouse.

Granted, I never did any research into the matter.

I see that no citation is included in the article to back up the claim that this character "apparently only understood or enjoyed the one line in the entire song." If such a source exists, methinks it should be included. If no such source exists, then this sentence constitutes original research, and I would recommend that the one sentence be removed.
