This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because... it's not a copyright vio. For it to be a copyright vio the text would have to be copyrightable. I can't just make up new words for established areas of research or the names of the schools. This " national security, human rights, foreign affairs privatization, and qualitative empirical approaches to international law" is not copyrightable. "served as Special Counsel to the General Counsel of the Department of Defense and also served as a senior policy adviser to Harold Hongju Koh" is not copyrightable. "director of the Center for Law and Global Affairs at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University (ASU)" is not copyrightable. Additionally, the nomination came a bit too quickly - I was about to add more content. But even if I recreated it with more content, I don't see anything here that is copyrightable that I could change without making the article factually incorrect. I would still have to list her research positions, and her former positions and the name of her employer. Diannaa should really give an example here of how she thinks the text could be rewritten to avoid copyright violation.Seraphim System(talk) 20:35, 13 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Here are some suggestions:
Omit or re-word her research interests.
Omit or re-word the description of her 2011 book Outsourcing War and Peace.
Change the sentence structure so that it is not identical to the source document. The job titles do not have to be re-worded or paraphrased.
Put the job history in chronological order instead of reverse chronological order, like it is on the source webpage. Give dates for all the positions she has held.
Find some more sources. It's extremely unlikely that the article as written would survive an AFD. In fact I probably could have tagged as A7 as well as G12. — Diannaa🍁 (talk) 20:49, 13 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

A named chair passes WP:NPROF criteria 5, which she is the the Oswald Symister Colclough Research Professor of Law so notability should be ok. She's also very highly cited (like 400+ cites for one paper). How about this: I'll remove her research interests for now, and add them back in as section-length discussions, I'll remove the book for now and add it back in either on a list of publications or possibly as a section length discussion, and I'll put the job order in chronological bullet form (which is pretty typical for these types of articles). Then would it be ok if you just revdel'd the versions that you think are a problem while I keep working on the article instead of G12?Seraphim System(talk) 21:08, 13 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
