Untitled[edit]

I'm new to editing on Wikipedia and could use some advice. I have information to add on the topic of Laura Kaeppeler, but I would be citing my own research and my own website, and I'm not sure that's appropriate.

The information is more detail on her father's conviction for mail fraud. I've done research in local newspaper files, the Bureau of Prisons and Wisconsin Corrections websites, and the Carthage College website. I suggest expanding the entry to read:

"Her father had served 18 months in prison for mail fraud after being part of a long-running Ponzi scheme based in Kenosha in which 117 people lost more than $6 million."

My research is recapped on my biographical website, Who2, which is the one I would cite: http://www.who2.com/blog/2012/01/miss-americas-father-was-part-of-a-63-million-ponzi-scheme. Thanks for any help and advice you can give me about whether I should add/cite this information.
