Pomeroy at Vauxhall[edit]

Pomeroy's work at Vauxhall deserves to be properly reported. I am unable to do that. Eddaido (talk) 08:18, 16 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Should split articles about father and son[edit]

The father, the Vauxhall engineer died in 1941. His son, Laurence Pomeroy Junior co-authored the book with Stirling Moss. Need to split article appropriately. On my phone, can't say more now.--SportWagon (talk) 02:46, 21 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Reading on my phone caused me to think the article was more confused than it is. The son still merits his own article, however.--SportWagon (talk) 02:52, 21 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Have you noticed the two paragraphs headed: Laurence Evelyn Wood Pomeroy? If you think he justifies a separate article then please write one I would much like to read it having read his articles over many years. Eddaido (talk) 03:01, 21 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Handy reference link(s)[edit]

points to (British) Vintage Sports Car Club as possible general source (for LP Junior)
Hey but that's a nice idea — just don't expect any volunteers! Well, you never really know (about volunteers) do you but I doubt there is anyone around to encourage beyond yourself. I suspect round here if you want any new article you just have do it yourself jumping through all the hoops, that's the central idea. I look forward to reading your product. Do you truly think he is notable? Is there anyone else who would agree?
