Lay Your Hands On Me (Thompson Twins song)[edit]

A new single, "Lay Your Hands On Me", was released in the UK in late 1984 and reached #13 in the UK charts.[2] However, while working on the follow up album to Into The Gap, Bailey suffered a nervous breakdown. The band's planned next single, "Roll Over", was then cancelled at the last minute. The band had already parted company with their producer Alex Sadkin, and Nile Rodgers was subsequently called in to help finish the album.
