Is it in Washington?[edit]

I doubt the refuge extends into Washington. The Annual Report of Lands Under Control of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service shows acreage in Oregon only. This report states that it shows acreage by state. It is certainly true that the headquarters is located in Washington. –droll [chat] 19:34, 28 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
