Is there a source for her birthday? According to some sites, she was 24 when on "The Voice", which doesn't fit with *1986. --NoCultureIcons (talk) 08:52, 13 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@NoCultureIcons: I was wondering the same thing. I listened to the The Bob Lefsetz Podcast from May 13, 2021 where Bob Lefsetz interviews Dexter Holland and about one hour into the interview they talk about Alexa. Dexter says that he was 23 years old at the time she was born. As Dexter was born on December 29, 1965 it would make Alexa born in either 1988 or 1989, not 1986. Also, as the second season of The Voice aired in 2012, and you say that she was 24 at the time, it would make sense that she was born in 1988, which is also my guess. --Kigsz (talk) 08:02, 15 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I've removed the birthday, as none of the online sources back it up at this time. Of course the 1986 date appears all over the place in mirrors and the usual unreliable celebrity databases. The Lefsetz interview unfortunately wouldn't be good enough. According to the Bob Lefsetz interview with her father Dexter Holland, he claimed to be 23 years old when Lex was born. As Dexter was born on December 29, 1965 that would make Lex born in either late 1988 or during 1989. However, as she was 24 at the time of participating in The Voice in 2012, that would make her born in either 1987 or 1988. Though, 1987 goes against what her father said in the interview (as he was only 21 during most of 1987) and 1989 goes against her being 24 in early 2012. The only conclusion I can come to based on this information is that Lex was born some time in 1988.
