Lhasa → Chengguan District, Lhasa – The content of this article covers only Chengguan, which is just one of the districts of Lhasa (a prefecture-level city).   • Oppose without discussion of where "Lhasa" would direct. No evidence is provided in the nomination as to what entity "Lhasa" commonly refers.
