Consider renaming to G4218 Ya'an–Kargilik Expressway?

While not sure officially adopted or not, it seems that many online map services are showing this expressway as coded G4218 instead of S1, note that there are some other sections of G4218 that are opened traffics or under construction.

Per zhwiki:

1. Section between Ya'an - Kangding is opened traffic;
2. Between Kangding-Xinduqiao village under construction;
3. Between Nyingchi-Lhasa opened traffic;
4. And some sections in Shigatse also opened traffic, although many sections between Gonga-Shigatse are still under construction
