Biography and Personal Data[edit]

According to http://www.careforkids.com.au/newsletter/august09/interview.html Lisa Hensley was born and raised on Sydney's North Shore. Lisa is married to advertising exec, Simon Edwards and has two children, Tom (almost 3) and Harry 4½ months [in 2009].

According to http://www.abc.net.au/profiles/content/s2791553.htm Lisa Hensley has been nominated for both Logie and AFI awards and won an AFI for best actress for her role as Sister Paul in Brides of Christ. Her stage work is long and extensive ranging from Ibsen's The Wild Duck, Wolf Lullaby, The Big Picture and Lovers at Versailles. In recent years she has moved into journalism writing features for Grazia and Harpers Bazaar as well as co-hosting the successful Foxtel interview show The Know with Jimmy Barnes.
