– There is no need to disambiguate between the provinces and their capitals (because they have different names, unlike most Spanish provinces). In general, the standard practice in Wikipedia seems to be to ommit the words "Province of" when referring to the Basque provinces. Santi2222 (talk) 16:52, 11 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
