Why am I un-able to edit this article?[edit]

The 18th and 27th organization in the list are political organizations which are wrongly labelled as "non-political". I tried to edit the mistakes. However my edits do not register, and I have no idea what I can even do about it. Asaduzzaman Khan Shahriar (talk) 05:58, 8 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
