List of club captains[edit]

In the present list, there is only the names of the regular captains as per the title. But the user hemanth is repeatedly adding the names of vice captain and third captains into the list. Vice captain is only becomes captain when regular captain is injured or unavailable. So he cannot be considered as a regular captain. In 2019-20 season, Cido has captained the team in 3 matches. But he cannot be added into the list for that period. However a vice captain can become a new captain if the original captain can't actually be the captain anymore. This is the present scenario at the club. Captain Cido is season out due to injury Juande has replaced him. So Cido is deregistered from the squad as per ISL rules due to maximum foreign player limit. This makes Costa the present club captain and Jessel the Vice - Captain. So I request other major contributors to tell your opinion regarding this Shahoodu (talk) 06:54, 30 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Support: The list only contains captains. There is no point in including vice captains and temporsry captains into it. Poppified (talk) 11:39, 31 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Comment: I did a research regarding the captains of Kerala Blasters since the last season. The following are my findings

In the 2019-20 season, Sergio Cidoncha has captained only in 2 matches; when regular captain Ogbeche was injured. He became a regular captain in 2020-21 season
Cost has captained in 2 matches following the absence od Cido. But later, Jessel became the permanent captain
Since 2 January 2021, Jessel Carneiro is the regular captain of Kerala Blasters.
So during the 2019-20 period 4 players have captained the Blasters and since 2021 Jessel is the permanent captain. So I am going to male changes in the table according to that Kashmorwiki (talk) 06:49, 14 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
