Opie's last name[edit]

Opie's last name is Lerner, not Winston. I've noticed more than once that editors are changing it to Winston. For whatever reason, Opie and his father have different last names (something that might be revealed in a later episode). —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wolvesnthemist (talkcontribs) 16:34, 18 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Opie's last name is stated twice on the fx website: On Ryan Hursts Cast page it is Lerner and on the Clubhouse 360 page it is listed as Winston. In the Capybarra episode Stahl refers to him as Opie Winston. In the Revelator Episode Stahl refers to Donna as Donna Winston when she is talking to Bobby in jail. 01:03, 2 December 2008 (UTC)--ZombieLunchLady (talk) 01:03, 2 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Homeless Woman[edit]

This refers to the woman whom Gemma gave money to and who freaked her out with her reply. She was also there at the graveyard when Jax woke up. I'm wondering if she might have symbolic significance and should be included in the Miscellaneous section.--Tricksterson (talk) 00:13, 29 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I came here looking for the same info. While I can't find anything official, there is a pretty good discussion thread which categorizes her as a spiritual guide. One post goes so far as to compare her to King Hamlet's Ghost. Show creator Kurt Sutter has gone on record saying the show is loosely based on Hamlet, so this analysis makes sense.
I've only started watching this show via Netflix so I've only seen two appearances by this homeless woman, but doesn't she deserve her own section in this article? --Brendanmccabe (talk) 01:49, 9 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Another Name Discrepency[edit]

The debate over Opie's last name reminded me of something else I noticed about his son's name. Opie's son is refered to by Jax in the Giving Back Episode as little Harry. In later episodes we hear the boy called Kenny. --ZombieLunchLady (talk) 01:39, 2 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That is referring to opie's real first name. It's harry. So he's calling his son little harry. Opie name is harry "opie" winston Frogginwld (talk) 14:09, 29 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Half Sack[edit]

Another note having to do with names in regards to Kip "Half Sack" Epps. In the episode AK-51 Half Sack says to Gemma, "You look real nice today, Gemma." She replies, "Thank You, Eddie." Eddie? Who's Eddie? --ZombieLunchLady (talk) 01:20, 2 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I also noticed a continuity error that may have no place on the page. In the pilot when Half Sack is asked how he got the name he says he lost his left testicle in Iraq. In the Patch over Episode when Cherry asks him if he can still have kids he says "Lefty's real potient." That indicates that the Right testicle is the missing one. This could be a mix up since each of these episodes have different writters. Jax's assult on the nord that sold drugs to Wendy with a pool cue is clarified by Juice when he mentions that the nord lost his right testicle. Maybe they just got confused on who lost which one. --ZombieLunchLady (talk) 01:39, 2 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Back tattoo removal[edit]

I have to point out that pouring alcohol on the back tattoo of the excommunicated member, Kyle Hobart, had nothing to do with "numbing the pain." The only way the pain would be numbed is if the alcohol went down his throat. This was done to expediate the burning of the ink with the torch. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 146.145.150.226 (talk) 16:08, 4 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Character pages[edit]

Given the relatively large impact that Hale and Agent Stahl have had on the plot of the show, does anyone think that these characters ought to have separate pages, or does the information on this page sufficiently summarize their roles? 74.65.102.27 (talk) 01:30, 3 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Half Sack[edit]

"The show ends not knowing if he lives or dies."

Then why is he listed as deceased? Wouldn't he just stay under the roster of the other members? Calling him deceased when no one truly knows isn't accurate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.231.180.54 (talk) 05:21, 5 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. Although he looks pretty much dead, we don't really know, so it's just speculation.JanderVK (talk) 10:03, 10 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Half sack is killed by Cameron when he steals Abel. There is a wake and funeral for him where Hale is killed during a drive by. It's later said by cherry, when they go to Belfast, that she heard he was buried with his cut. Frogginwld (talk) 13:59, 29 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Opie article?[edit]

How come all the other main characters has an article and expanded bio whereas Opie doesn't? Seems like a glaring anomaly....

--He had one untill he died, I guess. Now he is listed under "deceased member" and not under "active member". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.78.20.188 (talk) 17:33, 1 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The table at the start[edit]

What do the numbers mean? There's no explanation for anything in it. It just says "duration" 96.228.25.138 (talk) 20:59, 22 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Lenny "The Pimp" Janowitz[edit]

" He is presumably the Sgt. At Arms while John Teller was President" - presumed by whom? Any evidence for this or is it just the author's speculation? Thelemur78 (talk) 00:54, 6 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Too many spoilers by design :([edit]

Hi. So i came to this page because some character name was mentioned which didnt ring a bell, and the ammount of spoilers i scooped up just by looking at the contents table is a bit dissapointing, i dont know if its against any wp:rules, but the characters should be in the category they are in when they get introduced on screen, eg., Obie and Jax under "active member", not under "deceased/former member", and so on. cheers, hausser0815. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 5.146.25.88 (talk) 16:56, 15 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
