There is a move discussion in progress on Talk:List of rail accidents by country which affects this page. Please participate on that page and not in this talk page section. Thank you. —RMCD bot 20:01, 19 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
"On 2 November 1991, a sandite train caught fire inside Standedge Tunnel, Lancashire.[5]" - "Main article: Severn Tunnel rail accident". The earlier article does not mention an accident (but links to Severn Tunnel), and the latter describes an accident on another date. At least one should be fixed. --Mopskatze (talk) 02:53, 11 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Mopskatze: As it stands, it's correct. The template {{main|Severn Tunnel rail accident}} is a hatnote for the following entry, "On 7 December 1991, a diesel multiple unit was in a rear-end collision with a High Speed Train inside the Severn Tunnel. One hundred and eighty-five people were injured." --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 10:14, 11 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Stupid me. I should go to bed when I am tired. ;-) The indentation made me think that the line belongs to the earlier, but for {{main, it does not. Thanks for answering. --Mopskatze (talk) 00:05, 12 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
