Father of Hoda Muthana[edit]

This twitter thread includes an image claiming to be an extract from the "UN Bluebook" from August 1994 listing Ahmed Ali Saleh Muthana as active diplomat (or secretary of diplomat?) Yemin to USA. Ostensibly, he retired in October 1994 and Hoda was born that November.

I don't have access to the necessary primary sources to confirm his inclusion in this wiki listing, but maybe more versed editors could?

Also: suggest maybe semi-protect since if I could find it any joe blow online could, too, and thanks to all the recent blowup someone is going to be more bold with it.

---another point: if he was an attache, as opposed to a full ambassador, would that affect Hoda's legal status eligibility? Maybe someone in the law fields can review the relevent pages on that.
