Table style[edit]

Musdan77, I think we should refer to this Template:Awards table for the following article : List of awards and nominations received by Selena Gomez. I don't really understand why you don't want to follow this method. Several "list of awards and nominations received by..." follow this method. - SennKev (talk) 18:31, 13 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I know some do (ones I don't watch), but it's a terrible template. Have you seen its talk page? You can read there exactly why I think that. I wrote that years ago and still no one replied to it. That tells you what kind of person made that template. The main thing is: the column heading says, "Awards" when it should be "Category". That's what she's nominated for. —Musdan77 (talk) 19:53, 13 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Musdan77, I understand now but would not it be better to inform in note that the dash "—" means "Selena Gomez" ? And do you think the two columns should be switched around or not? - SennKev (talk) 22:32, 13 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Well, I've never seen that done – because it's pretty obvious that "Artist of the Year" (etc.) is talking about her. But, another way to do it is if the table just has categories for the person (not a work), we can change the heading to "Recipient" – and replace the dash with her name. Switching the columns should be a lot of work. I think it would be better. but I don't know if it's worth the trouble. —Musdan77 (talk) 23:02, 13 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Liltaekook: Your change in the number of awards is not even close to what is stated in the article. Please provide a source for your numbers. Aoi (青い) (talk) 21:34, 28 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Golden Globe[edit]

Does Selena not count for a nomination at Golden Globe for best series because she’s a producer of the show? 86.20.116.10 (talk) 02:24, 3 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
