split into sections[edit]

Can we divide this by country? It doesn't seem right to equate mere property damage in the US with the astounding loss of lives in Japan.--Kintetsubuffalo (talk) 23:16, 21 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Chiyoda numbers seem incorrect[edit]

Rather than 789 deaths, this Japanese wiki page only lists 2 deaths for Chiyoda (Tokyo metropolis): "千代田区", and 9 total for the Tokyo area, which Chiyoda is part of. Certainly I only heard of a few deaths in Tokyo on the TV news broadcast in Tokyo. Since there is already an entry for Tokyo, I suggest deleting the Chiyoda entry altogether.

I also agree that dividing this list by country would be clearer to read.
